On way to store, saw light on a clear sky just before dawn, light did not look like a star. I stopped in road for a few minutes, observed what appeared to be 1 light turning into two lights, to 3 lights, all closely compacted together, back to 1 light, and repeating cycle.. Clouds began to form around object though no other clouds in sky at the moment. Clouds around object appeared displaced/fuzzy, but light shined through brightly. Before clouds appeared (dura ration of cloud appearance was less than 3 minutes) object appeared to have jellyfish shape where smaller lights were where tentacles would be (if it actually were a jellyfish I'm the sky).
