I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING EMAIL LAST EVENING (9/23):

To the editor - I live near Beeville, Texas and want to report an incident from a few weeks ago. It was about 9:30 PM when I heard 'swishing' sounds coming from outside. I went to the back door in the kitchen and looked out. My yard was illuminated, so I walked outside onto the porch and suddenly noticed a wide disc shaped craft hovering above the house. It was at least 100 ft wide. In an instant I was hit by a beam of light and lifted off the top step of the porch. I was mid-air for almost 20 seconds, then slowly set down by the side of the tool barn. I was very groggy - almost like I was drunk.

I then noticed a figure moving out of a beam of blue light that came directly from below the craft. This figure was about 5 ft tall and looked human - but the extremities and head looked as though it had been burned and charred. It reminded me of a zombie from TV. It moved closer to me - I was literally frozen stiff. As it got closer I became nauseated - it looked awful and had a putrid odor. It backed away as I started to wretch, then vanished into the blue beam of light.

Without hesitation, the craft ascended swiftly - so fast that it created an instant vacuum that dropped me to my knees.

I got to my feet and ran into the house. I was scared and worried something else may happen. Then I noticed the time - it was 10:40 PM. I had lost almost one hour of time. I still don't understand what happened to me or the time. I feel fine but I'm still very concerned. I never believed in UFOs or other weird experiences people have said they had. Now it has happened to me and I have a deep sense of dread.

I talked to my close friend and she told me to search the internet. I don't know if she believed me but she was willing to help. To be frank, I am still concerned about contacting anyone about this.

My friend gave me several contacts to try. I sent emails and filled a few forms. I never heard back from any of them. Then I found the photo of the entity from Kenedy, TX that was posted on your blog. That is what I encountered - I know that it is the same thing or another like it. I can feel it deep inside me. That gas plant in Kenedy is only 20 miles from me!

Just yesterday, there was some talk that weird looking people were seen moving through a local field this past weekend. There was also a series of lights seen above the horizon at the same location. I don't know if this is related.

Nov. 2012 - I was working the night shift on an x-ray crew at a material gas plant. This was around 3 am and there was only four of us in the plant at the time. I took this picture after seeing something swaying side to side out of the corner of my eye. I was in the basket of a man lift coming down when I took the picture. By the time I unhooked my harness to get out of the basket the creature was gone. The police were called and walked premises. The officer told me there were 26 UFO sighting calls throughout that night. If you zoom in you can see the silhouettes of eyes and elongated mouth. I have no doubt of what I believed I seen that night. The other person that saw it with me took off running for the truck.

You can use my name and the picture was taken near Kenedy, TX. I appreciate the quick reply. The picture was even printed in the local newspaper in Kennedy. I had sent the picture to the officer who came to the plant and assume he sent it to the newspaper.

But there's enough going on here that signs along theperimeter say: "Deadly use of force authorized." Guards in white JeepCherokees and Blackhawk helicopters prowl the border.While other federal agencies acknowledge the end of the Cold War bycautiously shedding some secrecy, the Air Force has been tightening thecloak around Dreamland for a decade.Military officials refuse to talk about it. Pllots' charts don't evenshow a runway. But you can see it clearly from atop Freedom Ridge,a rocky, windblown crag a dozen miles east of the base.Dreamland looks like a cross between an airport and an auto plant. It hasa long runway, rows of hangars, service buildings and what looks like alarge manufacturing area.And it's growing. Some of the biggest buildings have gone up in the pastfew years. Dust clouds rise from a large sand quarry.Unmarked Boeing 737 airliners come and go all day. After dark, lightssparkle across the base.Secrecy hasn't kept aviation observers from divining the base's purpose asa test site for some of America's most exotic aircraft.Since the 1950s, a series of revolutionary airplanes has taken wingthere, including the U-2 and SR-71 spy planes and the F-117 Stealthattack jet. Russian built fighters now in U.S. possession have beenseen flying in the vicinity.Rumors abound about new aircraft flying at Dreamland, especially a spyplane nicknamed Aurora.Witnesses say Aurora is a superplane that has caused noisy rumbles acrossthe Southwest. Aviation analysts believe it secretly replaced the retiredSR-71.Some people even believe this base, or possibly another nearby facilityhidden by hills, is testing recovered extraterrestrial aerospace vehicles-- flying saucers.UFO investigators have yet to prove the existence of flying saucers. Andgovernment officials emphatically deny the existence of anything like Aurora.The Air Force is trying to tighten security around the base. It simply said the land wasneeded "for the safe and secure operation of the Nellis Range."The request has made secrecy itself an issue.Opponents howled in 1984 when the Air Force added 89,000 acres of publicland east of Groom Lake to the gunnery range. They said it was illegal towithdraw more than 5,000 acres without congressional approval. (Lawmakersapproved the action after the fact.)Opponents suspect the Air Force is trying to remove viewpoints it missedbefore. They speculate the proposal is but the first of several small bitesthat will close off a large area of public land without involving Congress.On March 2, more than 100 citizens packed a Las Vegas meeting room to hearspeakers lambaste the federal government.The Air Force's stated reason for wanting the land "is a lie," assertedGlenn Campbell, a local resident and leading opponent."They're taking this land because of that secret base out there."Alaskan freelance journalist Mark Farmer held up an eight-foot-long muralof Dreamland. GeorgeSillia said, "We don't even confirm or deny there is a Groom Lake, so howcould I comment on that?"Even government opinion is divided over the secrecy issue. Unlike several comments I've received about my recent editorial shown above, Tony Bragalia has written a rebuttal because he is "left wondering precisely what point I was trying to make". I have no intentions of getting into a word battle with Tony about this, and believe he fits into Stanton Friedman's often used quote of "Don't confuse me with facts, my minds made up". He did the same thing in a recent article he also wrote about the Socorro New Mexico incident.

So for Tony's sake, the point I was trying to make was simply sharing with the reader the facts about how the BLM documents were obtained by Wendy Connors and I back in 1998 and 1999, and exactly what was contained in them referring to the 1947 Roswell Incident. I had no interest in the other content of the 9 page documents, since they referred to grazing rights on the current ranch, which Tony apparently has no knowledge of here in New Mexico. I also didn't comment on other things he mentioned in his article due to not having first-hand knowledge of those things, in contrast to the first-hand knowledge I did have about the BLM documents.

In his it appeared to me that Tony was indicating the BLM was covering up something by imposing restrictions on the site, while they admitted in a government document that it was the location of one of the "alleged" sites of a UFO crash in 1947.

In Tony's rebuttal to my editorial, I noticed the following comments:

"He had no prior knowledge of this". Well Tony, the documents (and there were two as I showed in my editorial) were written in 1998 and 1999, so I don't suppose you did any research with the BLM back then, consequently you're a little late coming to the dance. Did he even notice the date of the document he quoted when he did his examination of BLM documents? What he discovered "remains unclear in examining BLM online records", according to his rebuttal.

Tony also made a comment that "the Foster's Great Grandson and Foster daughter both believe that their family knew that the crashed object was extraterrestrial in nature". Do they believe it or know it? There is a difference in the two Tony.

In the same paragraph Tony said, " the grandson believes the Fosters may have been granted land rights for their silence", and "the daughter believes her father was threatened and intimidated by the government". Those are all possibilities, but should not be taken as a factual without more research, which Tony obviously didn't do before writing his article.

The two paragraphs I quoted in my editorial were scanned from the original documents I have had in my files for the past 10 years, and are not of the best quality, but I was trying to show that they were copies of the original documents not something I retyped.

The Belgian Ministry of Defense released all its data on the UFO to the press, after

eliminating American stealth aircraft and all other possible explanations.

On the night of March 30, 1993, three years later to the day, a vast triangular-shaped craft,

also capable of rapidly accelerating in seconds from a virtual hover, was seen by over a

hundred witnesses in England, including police officers and military personnel. The British

Ministry of Defense stated that "none of the usual explanations put forward to explain UFO

sightings seem applicable" and concluded that the evidence showed that "an unidentified

object (or objects) of unknown origin was operating over the UK."

According to an April 1993 MOD document, the agency sent a letter to the US Embassy

which was "disseminated to all 'interested Agencies' in the US" to find out whether the March

UFO could have been attributable to some US prototype such as the Aurora.

"The answer I got back was extraordinary," reports Nick Pope, the MOD official who

investigated the 1993 sighting. "The Americans had been having their own sightings of these

large, triangular-shaped UFOs and wanted to know if the RAF might have such a craft."

This statement, four years before the display over Arizona, contradicts the 2000 claim by the

US DOD that the department had no information at all about the triangles. To this day, US

officials continue to keep the lid on the Phoenix Lights and other well-documented American

sightings of mysterious giant triangles.

"I wish that government entities would stop trying to shut down these investigations by putting

out some flakey story," says Symington, a long-time pilot, drawing an analogy to the

November sighting of a hovering disc by many aviation witnesses at O'Hare airport, which the

FAA explained away as a "weather phenomenon."
