In the case of establishment denial of Ufology the lie also creates a rational bottom line for the status quo on Earth acting like a placebo for those people who would normally be stressed by even everyday stresses of life. These folks may be very content with any rational alternative invented by a man or woman in a white coat.
The placebo effect is a psychosomatic phenomenon in which symptoms of a disease or condition lessen - or even appear to be cured completely - due to the patient being exposed to a purported treatment, in this case the establishment rational explanations of there being no UFOs. The citizen consequently believes that their human condition will be improved, or maintained irrespective of whether the lie has any genuine truth.
The placebo effect is quite a complex phenomenon. It is influenced by a multitude of things, including positive thought, reduced stress, the intensity of the authority or "drama" of the establishment denial, a citizens expectations of what any alien reality can do, and the wider cultural meaning of there being aliens.
Given as the establishment has no control over the demonic nature of these social interventions regardless of what purported knowledge of it they may like us to think they are hiding - they do actually put real Ufo stories out there.
Could it be that some of the elite are being socially responsible by doing this - preparing the population for any eventuality ?
There is after all UN Agenda 21 the regreening of earth and the culling of humanity - but what if many of these chemtrails we see in the skies are made by a demonic reality and are merely some substance created to engender fear and a sense of psychological dis-ease.
I have seen a demonically made oily substance being made to appear on the wall of my house - what if the hive reality is doing things like this in our atmosphere to create a sense of oppression ?
The establishment would have no control over this.
In march 2012 the UK Army moved 35,000 troops south of the UFO hotspot at Gorebridge Edinburgh plus numerous aircraft for a sustained army exercise.
Shortly before that the sky was full of a cobweb of chemtrails.
What if the chemtrails were of demonic origin ?
I strongly suspect that the establishment puts out denial stories to make us think that they are somehow in the know at the top level.
The establishment bluff is not that there are no aliens - but that they want us to think they are somehow in the know about it all - when I suspect they have no control over this whatsoever. After reading Dr Clarke's spiel about nothing there and nobody ever thought there was anything to bother about - you can't help but think... Ah of course they have evidence to suggest we have been visited - everybody knows we have so the governments must know a lot more than that...
The last thing they want to admit to is being powerless - hence the scam of the Ufo coverup - its their powerlessness that they cover up in my opinion.
Dr David Clarke, author of the book the UFO files and a lecturer in journalism at Sheffield Hallam University said: "Many people continue to believe the governments of the world know 'the truth' about UFOs and are concealing the fact that we are not alone in the universe.
"But I believe the truth is in these files. The files [National archives] suggest that the UK government knows as much as we do about alien visitors and has no evidence to suggest we have ever been visited, despite the interest it has taken in sightings over the years. This is the truth, but will people believe it?"
