This document entitled "Relationships With Inhabitants of Celestial Bodies" written by Albert Einstein and Robert Oppenheimer seems to acknowledge the presence of UFO and the possibility of aliens visiting our planet. Relationships With Inhabitants of Celestial BodiesRelationships With Inhabitants of Celestial Bodies was written by two of the greatest minds on earth at the time if not ever. The document suggests that in the event that EBE's (Extraterrestrial Biological Entities) desire to settle here on earth there will be "profound change in traditional concepts" of law and the possible need for a new "Law Among Planetary Peoples." There is also propositions concerning the necessary creation of a "Cosmic International law" that would protect the rights of all celestial states to lay claim on otherwise unclaimed solar territories.One of the most interesting parts of the document for me was the fact that they acknowledge the presence of UFO or astroplanes as they called them. They discuss why the UFO are here and suggest that it my be the result of actions of military experiments with fission and fusion devices of warfare.So in my opinion they had confirmation that UFO are real and have many concerns. I would also like to bring up the fact that this document was written in June of 1947, and the Roswell incident did not happen until July of 1947. This also confirms to me that UFO have been visiting earth before the Roswell incident, probably long before 1947. Relationships With Inhabitants of Celestial BodiesThe drafted document reads as though it was going to be presented by Oppenheimer to President Harry S. Truman back in June of 1947 when it was written.
