Anticipated explanations for the sightings bother ranged from helicopters to errant military missiles but, to date, no authoritative explanation has been more. Now Instant magazine's Chengcheng Jiang has weighed in among a new theory: furtive planes.
In an article plain August 16, Jiang observes that China's airspace, though without delay voluntary by the government, is dully sullied by successful pilots who esteem to fly "off the network," not filing flight policy. These prohibited flights are in the public domain as hei fei, or black flights.
